This Ama-Kitsune Curry Udon is not a vegan menu item as it is made with bonito dashi broth.
However, Mimikou's curry udon is particular about its broth, which we would like to introduce here.
The basis of all Kyoto cuisine is “dashi” (soup stock). Curry udon,” which was born in Kyoto, is all about the broth. We hope you will try our “umami dashi,” which is made by maximizing the flavor of kombu and dried bonito flakes.
Please enjoy the taste of udon more with three kinds of fragrant Shichimi.
※Shichimi is a Japanese traditional seasoning with a blend of 7 spices including red chili pepper as a main ingredient.
Also, shrimp tempura is optional and can be removed.
